While it's great that you speak your mind, some things are best kept to yourself. Find out if you're guilty of revealing too much in your conversations.

1. While having lunch with a friend, your chicken curry declares war on your stomach and you flee to the bathroom. When she asks how you're feeling, you:

	Say "Ugh, it was the worst. Thanks for asking."
	Give a detailed blow-by-blow.
	Grimace and change the subject fast.

2. What personal info would you never share with a boyfriend?

	Maybe your bank PIN. Pretty much everything else is public domain--couples shouldn't have secrets.
	The number of guys you've slept with and intimate details about past relationships.
	What you're thinking 50 percent of the time.

3. What does your online social-networking page highlight beyond your vital stats?

	It has your picture and email address, visible only to friends.
	It tracks your mood, your menstrual cycle, and who you're macking on at this very moment.
	It contains party pics and a peek at your favorite bands.

4. What are you most likely to hear after sharing a personal story with someone?

	"Wow, I did not need that mental picture."
	"Well, don't leave me hanging!"
	"That's so interesting. It reminds me of this thing I went through..."

5. If during a job interview you were asked prying questions about your current workplace, you'd:

	Offer a benign tidbit or generalization and end it there.
	Change the subject faster than you can say "confidentiality agreement."
	Say "Don't tell anyone, but..." and then unload insider info in hopes that it would give you a leg up.
