Most women have a love/hate relationship with their bodies. Sometimes, like when we're in love, everything is right with the world and we don't really care whether we gain a pound or two. 2. You're almost there, girl! You've got the right idea but you need to be more aware of your body's needs. Take a break when you're tired. Eat when you're hungry. Go to the doctor when you feel something. Stop, pause, and listen.
