  37. @miss techylicious... here's how: a boylet hiatus, the south beach diet (i didn't buy the meals, they're too expensive. i cooked my own food based on the ingredients i could use on each phase. yes, i was compelled to learn how to cook because of that), yoga (just a home exercise video), jane fonda (old school, i know), and lots and lots and lots and lots of discipline! :)
