Hunting for a job? Whether you're a fresh grad looking for your first work experience or an employee seeking greener pastures, attending a job fair is a smart step toward achieving your career goal.
This month, JobStreet.com is hosting the Jobgantic Career Fair 2011 on August 12-13 at the SMX Convention Center, Halls 2 and 3. Over 250 of the country's top employers (such as IBM, JP Morgan Chase, Ayala Group of Companies, and San Miguel Corporation) will be represented. And, not all of the jobs are Philippines-based; those who are determined to work abroad will be happy to hear that 25% of the companies at the fair are hiring for overseas employment.
Since there are 158,600 job vacancies in various fields just waiting to be filled, you should arrive early to get a headstart. The fair is open from 10AM-7PM. Don't forget to bring your identification, credentials, and resume with you! Happy hunting, girls!
