If your home or office has piles of papers and other junk lying around, it isn't just offensive to your eyes, it's also a sneaky source of stress. "Clutter creates a feeling that there isn’t time to do it all and may cause anxiety," explains Stephanie Denton, an organizing expert based in Cincinnati and past president of the National Association of Professional Organizers. Here are three key ways to prevent mess stress:
