at home, i'm using lactacyd. in my bf's home, i have ph care. okay naman pareho. pati bf ko, in-encourage ko to use feminine wash para hindi mag-dry ang ** niya.  :)

Lactacyd pa rin ang the best. Lalo na yung Fresh. Before I used PH care yung pink and violet.

kaya i also use betadine kapag meron ako..

I don't regularly use feminine wash kasi nakaka-dry.
My OB-GYNE advised using Del Monte vinegar for washing. She said it has natural acidity level unlike those commercially available. It may sound unhygienic to you but it's really good. Mas malinis pa sya kesa iba, di ba sinasama natin sa pagkain ang suka? (^.^)

pero it's true...puwede nga rin daw ito sabi ng Ob-Gyne ko...pero nire-recommend lang niya ito doon sa mga pasyente niya na kahit wala namang deperensiya eh nakakaramd ng itchyness down there.
