hi girls! just be careful lang in taking those kind of pills(chinese ones) I did before I got married last year...I took it about 6 months...then the result now is that...it's been a year since my marriage wala pa baby. I have PCOS now and maybe it's becoz of the diet pills...I never told my OB about the pills...but for me lang..baka yun ang isa sa cause ng PCOS ko. BTW I took pearl white diet pills...it was effective...I lost about 10 lbs in a week, but there'll always be a side effect, even if sinabing sake and herbal lang. JUst an advice lang. sis i'm sorry about your condition. btw what is PCOS?

i have taken less than 20 caps of zhen. i stopped for 3 days because i had to get my molar extracted and i didn't want to mix the pill with medications and anesthetic.

anyway. i have lost 10 pounds! it's so evident. my family noticed it and my pants fit me better. i wanna do it until i reach 100 pounds, currently at 110 from a little over 120.

hi sis! PCOS is polycystic ovarian syndrome. I have a polycystic right ovary...I'm not ovulating. hehehe...strange!
Those pills are effective but eventually your body will make singil. You know...before my wedding I was about 145 then I took that diet pills...on our wedding day...I was about 115 lbs. BUt u know...friends told me I looked so sickly...hehehe. Now...I play badminton and lessen my rice intake to lose weight. Goodluck!!!

Effective po ang zhen de shou talaga, in one box i think i lose about 8 lbs. Talagang di ka gaganahing kumain talaga, and kailangan ko talaga ng ganung kontrol, super uhaw ka din, ang effect nga lang sa akin, nagigising ako bigla nga round 2 or 3 AM then wala na din na ako makatulog nun, para bang wide awake na ako kaya parang puyat ang dating sa akin. mapapansin sa mukha, tummy and arms yung pagpayat...

yung effect sa akn is bumibilis ung heart beat ko. scary minsan pero i just take deep breaths. tapos super uhaw grabe.

ang bilis naman nag pag lose mo simply anne. ako almost 2 boxes bago na obvious, ten pounds. siguro last box ko na to sana maging 105 ako.

i have tried this zhen de shou diet capsule, im a 29 yr old guy. sa una walang side effects, but lately.. something changed, well.. something in the lower area... somewhat this structure comes up, and it feels like someone is grabbing... u know.. ive.. tried this, hmm mga 2 boxes.. but its true ur appetite will be lost, and u lose pounds. dnt know how, pero i guess it boosts your metabolism... i guess this procudt works for ladies... but for men.. mas iba ata ang reaction ng body structure.. dnt know why.. kse for me my experience.. parang it inhibits ths control of the expulsion of the white thing... so ladies.. u can try this since my 2 sisters are using this product so far wala naman sa kanilang side effect. cguro just add plenty of water intake.

HELLO PEOPLE, U KNOW I TRIED TAKING THIS PILLS LAST 2005, I TAKE THIS FOR 2 MONTHS STRAIGHT AND I LOST 32 LBS. FROM 178, I BECOME 146. for those interested to buy zhen de shou i am selling at a very low price, family biz kasi namin chinese
drug store. ang original nya ay may silver coin seal (as in coin po na nakadikit sa box na pwede alisin) so don't be fooled by fake one na naka print na sa box ang seal at hindi silver.

hi. i started using zhen today. i am hypertensive but no palpitations whatsoever. i feel thirsty lang. researched the net for the ingredients of zhen... hope this info will help. one ingredient is CRATAEGUS PINNATIFIDA - please check this stie --> http://www.pfaf.org/database/plants.php?Crataegus+pinnatifida. hi girls, got interested with the thread, actually chubby rin ako and i want to lose this flabs sa tummy...

been drinking laxative teas para kahit marami akong food intake, out agad pero ang prob khit water lang mapapapoo - poo na agad.

this zhen de shou diet pills, has anyone here been drinking this pill and taking a contraceptive pill at the same time? no side effects on that if ever? pls lang po, help, i want to lose weight fast.

to those who wish to buy zhen de shou, dun na kayo bumili kay sis marge.
I'm on my 7th pill, & i lost a lot of weight, wala kaming weighing scale, kaya di ko alam if ilan pounds na ang nawala saakin. Pero my legs & my tummy pumayat talaga! Pansin talaga na ang laki ng pinayat ko.
Side effect saakin ay medyo nahihilo ako kapag kulang ako sa tulog. Pero if enough sleep naman, wala naman grabeng side effect. slight palpitation lang & nauuhaw ng kunti.
I bought 3boxes kay sis Marge, pero i think hanggan 1box lang muna ako, kasi pumayat ako before taking the pill, I was more than a 110lbs ata, then ngayon im taking zhen i think im less than 105lbs na. But, who knows, baka ituloy ko 2nd box, I want to weigh 95lbs rin kasi.
Basta kay sis marge na kayo bumili zhen. Effective ang zhen de shou nila.
