edsa pasay going to fb harrison.. di naman sya ganon kaganda but very private lang kasi may sariling garage and kung nahihiya yung kasama mo pwede sya mag stay lang sa car na walang makakakita sa kanya pag bumaba sya diretso sa room.

i was looking for an affordable motel in pasig thru the net and came across this thread..started reading from page 1 to 17 and loved it hehe..kaya nagregister na rin ako sa cosmo. very informative! now i have an idea where to go in pasig, my impression kasi before of pasig motels medyo mahal that's why i never tried pasig motels. my pick in the malate area is victoria court, still the best motel for me. next is anito. sohotel is nice but i found it a bit expensive for a 12hrs stay but it's not as good as vc. in cubao, eurotel is nicer compared sa sogo edsa cubao and sogo aurora blvd, though i've heard ok din sa fersal but it's not as accessible as eurotel except if you have a car. In pasay area i've only tried sogo sa mrt edsa and it's not that good though it's not that bad din naman pero i remember parang ang hina ng aircon and mukang luma. in sta. mesa i've only tried anito, prince court and town and country, anito's the best among the three pero syempre mahal, but prince court is good for its price, malinis and with themes din though that was 4 years ago i think. town and country, im not impressed, mukhang luma na yung place, kunsabagay it's cheaper than the others. in carriedo/old manila area, sogo is a good choice though i wanna try paradis.

to those who are looking for a cheap and discreet motel in cainta/marikina area, there's this place called family house. sa pangalan pa lang, discreet na hehe. it's right in front of robinson's place metro east/sta. lucia east along marcos highway. it's just a stone's throw away from the overpass in front of rob metro east. may logo na sya ngayon na FH and painted na with blue and pink. before wala. it's just a building na wala ka idea kung office bldg ba or what. there's no big parking area, for walk-in talaga sya literally. very accessible for commute kasi tapat nya babaan ng sasakyan though hindi sya malapit na malapit sa sidewalk or sa road. medyo malapad pa yung easement kaya hindi rin pansinin kung papasok ka dun sa main entrance. what's nice is that meron din silang entrance/exit sa likod na paglabas mo, mga houses na yung nandun, parang village na hindi matao, bihira lang mga naglalakad dun, mga nakatira lang dun siguro then a few steps, you're back sa busy sidewalk ng marcos highway kaya hindi iisipin ng mga tao na galing ka dun, isipin nila taga dun ka nakatira. rate is P275 for 3 hrs, no 6 or 8 hrs. kung 12 hrs it's just P550 pero ang check in time is 10pm dapat kung 12 hrs. malinis and maganda yung mga rooms even before it has been renovated. now, it's even better kasi may mga themes na rin yung mga interiors. the rooms are as small as sogo or a little bigger pero the interiors are better than sogo, each room has a different interior/theme and homey and cozy yung dating, parang kwarto sa bahay. tapos yung mga housekeepers dun, hindi mga barako/lalaki, mga babae pa in their 20's and may mga manang na din with decent housekeeper's uniform. so pang family talaga ang image nya, para ka lang nasa bahay na may mga kasambahay and u won't feel embarassed walking sa hallway unless na ibang couples din makakasalubong nyo. sa room may flat screen tv with dvd player, pili ka lang sa mga dvds nila ng palabas.

Downside: madalas ang waiting coz hindi kasing dami ng mga sogo yung rooms, you're so exposed when you wait kasi walang mga harang. sa room, pag pasok mo ng door, room na agad unlike sa iba na pag pasok mo ng door, there's another door leading you to the room. so it's not advisable for those na loud moaners kasi feeling ko maririnig hehe.
