biofit tea para siang yung laxative na tnatake ko for constipation
may senna content. ni recommend sia kasi ng mom ko na doctor.

wag ko daw araw arawin kasi baka numipis ang intestines.
kahit every otherday lng daw.

yung biofit tea medyo parang amoy coffee sia sa unang amoy. ok naman taste nia
masarap sia pag nilalagyan ng calamansi.

hehe drank 1 kgabi. and pupu agad kanina. sarap ng feeling ng nakakapupss haha! :)

mga sis share naman ng mga experience nio about BIO FIT TEA

i've tried this and been using it regularly... but every saturday night lang...
kasi i'm working..
you must drink it before bedtime and make sure n
wla kang pasok kinabukasan...
kasi will poooo for so many time from morning til noon...
ilalabas lahas ng mga stored food s stomach mo...
i use it regularly khit hnd me mataba kc it makes my tummy flat..
well satisfied with biofit!  ;)

i've tried it na din..
effective nman siya sa kin kasi ngpoop tlga ko..
un nga lang i stopped using it kasi pangit ng feeling,
parang palagi kang may LBM, sakit din sa chan kpag mapoopoop ka na..

hay nakuu hehe. ang bilis maubos nung stocks ng biofit d2 sa mercury drug malapit samen.

wala bang nabbili na isang box nun na pero 20 or 30 pcs ang laman? puro per 5tea bags lang? :P

mga dude, its not good to take in too much laxatives, for this can be a source of GI cancer in the future. Be careful! diet pills/laxatives are not good for anyone's health!!! :o

i buy empty capsules and then put the senna pods and leaves inside it.
Almost 5 capsules din ang nagagawa ko.  I weigh 72 kilos last three months
and now i'm only 66 kilos... I didnt know the sideeffects of it i just wanted
to get smaller.

Where were you able to buy empty capsules and how much do they cost? Thanks.

BTT: I dunno about weight loss, but for me Biofit works pretty well as a tummy cleanser. Compared to other brands you don't have to make repeated trips to the toilet.

might as well try to buy it sa mercury na 24 hours mas complete stocks nila

Cool, thanks again. Actually I have no problems with the taste of senna, it's just that sometimes I can't really prepare tea when I go out.

Very effective this Bio-fit,especially when one is taking Iberet vitamins(this brand makes me constipate)I think switching to a lower brand of ferrous sulfate would be my next option.

effective tlga xa.. pero deming sde effects.. lalong mgging irregular ung pg pupu,, nkkdiarrhea din xa.. and my nbasa ako nkkcancer daw ung laxatives.. so advice ko lng stop taking bio fit na.. o khit anong laxatives, ksi pdeng mging habit na natin ung pg.inom.. cguro walang bad effects ngaun, pero na sa huli tlga ang pagsisisis ;D

my nakita ako kahapon na biofit, pero di ko binili nagduda kasi ako kasi ang spelling is biofitea? yun ba correct spelling? or double tt as in biofit tea? 5 pesos isa yung nakita ko :-\
