Ako I haven't. Pero I experienced purging during the first 2 months. Consult with your dermatologist sis to check kung reaction mo nga sya doon sa gamot.

Hi kristine,Actually, only your derma can give you the right dosage you should take. You should have a bloodtest done first. Your derma will base your dosage on the result of your blood test. Kasi your derma will check your cholesterol level, your lipid profile etc. So from there, malalaman if your body can take the drug. It is best to consult a derma first before taking isotret/roaccutane since this is a very strong drug and it has serious side effects. Follow your dermas prescription. She/he would adjust your dosage depending on how your skin responds to the treatment. And oh by the way... you cant just buy this over the counter. You would be needing a doctors prescription to buy isotret, Good luck on your way to a clearer skin! God bless you.
