A New Celebrity Duets Season Begins!

Right after Are You The Next Big Star? chose its two winners, GMA-7 will usher in the third season of popular reality show Celebrity Duets tonight, hosted by real-life couple and singers Regine Velasquez and Ogie Alcasid.
The new season boasts of a bigger number of contenders, up one from its usual eight. While no politician made it to the final cut, as they have the 2010 elections in mind and budget, Celeb Duets goes "international" by having IBO and IBF super flyweight champion Nonito Donaire and Japanese-Brazilian model Akihiro Sato in the roster of contenders.
Novelties are aplenty, too, such as controversial beauty specialist Mikaela and Joel Cruz, who has a “family of success.” Actors are just as well-represented, with Jomari Yllana and Gina Alajar joining the fray.
Ooh, this will be fun!

5. Im not into kapuso shows but I got to read this show in a tabloid. I am surprised with the news that Akihiro Sato joined this singing show. That was awesome. But i missed this Duets.
