Television and runways are saturated with beautiful, waif-like women strutting their stuff in all their skinny glory. While this may be the norm on your small screen, you need to remember that this isn't the case in real life.

Some women are naturally, genetically inclined toward the thin figure that fashion designers die for; some are blessed with metabolisms that seem to work at the speed of light--but the fact of the matter is, more women are actually built to be bigger and curvier.

If it's not in your genes to be a waif, it's not going to happen. That doesn't mean that you're any less beautiful than the girls who are waifs. Learn to love your womanly curves!
