MyProperty.ph marked its first successful year of providing quality classifieds and information for real estate buyers and sellers in the Philippines with a big birthday bash at NU.VO bar recently. We spotted celebrities like Jake Cuenca, Jon Hall, Gretchen Fullido, and more mingling with guests from big real estate developers such as Ayala Land Premier, DMCI, SMDC, Federal Land, and Century Properties at the party.
The night began with a short program, opened by MyProperty.ph managing director Butz De Castro, who presented the positive growth of the website during their sterling first year. Summit Media president (yes, also our boss at Cosmo!) Lisa Gokongwei-Cheng declared, "The first year of MyProperty.ph has been very successful for the group. We are very happy that [it] has become the leading property website in the country."
Here's something exciting for visitors of MyProperty.ph: the website introduced the brand new online platform they will be using beginning next year, a new Swiss technology known as Xbase that is reportedly the first to be used in South East Asia. We're sure that would make the website more user-friendly and interesting! Watch for it and other big surprises from MyProperty.ph that would make your apartment-hunting easier!
