At around 10:30 a.m. on Monday, October 24, a teenage girl fell to her death from the fourth floor of a mall in Mandaluyong City.

"The girl was rushed to The Medical City, but she was declared dead on arrival," reports Non Alquitran in The Philippine Star.

The report also revealed that the girl was an 18-year-old Rizal Technological University student. Prior to her fatal fall, she allegedly had an argument with her aunt over a photo of her kissing a girl that she had posted on Facebook.

Police did a probe to rule out foul play. The girl's death has been officially ruled as a suicide.

It's worth noting that another unfortunate issue came to light in connection with the incident. There were witnesses on the scene who took videos and pictures of the girl's dead body, which they then posted on their social media accounts. Perhaps, there should be a law against these kinds of posts?
