Nadine Lustre and boyfriend/love team partner James Reid are at the center of a controversy about their recently-concluded Always JaDine US Tour (March 17 to April 2). The issue came about when a certain Elaine Crisostomo, who claims to be the producer of the San Francisco leg of their tour, posted a detailed account of how JaDine and their management, VIVA Entertainment, did not comply with a number of events arranged with fans.
Below is Elaine's post dated April 5, Wednesday:
In her defense, Nadine posted a series of tweets alluding to the controversy and claiming that her fans were "tricked" into believing rumors.

ALWAYS update everyone with what's legit and what is not, so JaDines wont be tricked.
Without naming names, the actress also sent a call out for someone to "pay up," suggesting that Elaine is the one who owes lots of people money.

You owe a lot of people money.
Finally, Nadine retweeted an account with screenshots of Elaine's Facebook post with the caption "R U OKAY?"

Soon after the tweets were posted, Elaine took to Facebook again to refute Nadine's statements. Elaine backed up her claims with a screenshot of text messages between her and JaDine's promoter Nancy Yang:

VIVA Entertainment then cleared James and Nadine and their management through an official statement released through VIVA Live, the company's events arm:
