Taylor Swift was left "shocked" and "withdrawn" after a Colorado radio host allegedly groped her during a 2013 meet-and-greet.
The “Blank Space” hitmaker is currently locked in a bitter court battle with David Mueller, who claims he lost his job at Denver's KYGO station after Taylor falsely accused him of touching her butt backstage at her concert in the city.
Taylor countersued and accused David of sexual assault and battery, and she was recently quizzed about the encounter by the DJ's attorneys during a videotaped deposition.
Details from the session were made public in late October, when it was revealed Taylor "felt violated" by the incident, and now TMZ.com has obtained the full transcript, in which the usually-bubbly singer clearly becomes emotional as she recalls the reported encounter over and over again.
"As soon as he grabbed my ass, I became shocked and withdrawn and was barely able to say, 'Thanks for coming,' which is what I say to everybody," she remembered in the testimony, explaining she had posed for a photo with Mueller and his female companion.
"It was like somebody switched the lights off in my personality," she added.
Taylor is convinced David planned the timing of the alleged groping so she couldn't lash out at him in front of the cameras.
"He reached up under my skirt and grabbed my ass right when I was having to pose for a photo," she continued, "and it felt intentional that would be the time he would choose to do it."
The latest deposition details emerge almost two weeks after a judge agreed to seal a picture taken at the time of the reported incident until trial, after Taylor's lawyers insisted it was "extremely personal and sensitive in nature".
Taylor is seeking a jury trial to resolve the dispute.
