I am just bursting with excitement for all you Cosmo chicks to get your hands on our March issue because it is absolutely jam-packed with all the essentials you'll ever need for a fab summer!

Top reason: Our cover girl is sizzling hot! I feel so blessed to have met and styled the effortlessly beautiful Lovi Poe for this month's swimsuit-themed issue. She is every bit the Cosmo chick—the epitome of a sexy, strong, and confident Pinay. Find out what makes her fun and fearless in our March cover story, and see her in scorching swimsuit getups that will totally inspire you to gear up for the beach.


I personally discovered a few new things about our sexy cover girl. Here are the top five things I loved learning about Lovi Poe:

1. I love her tattoos! My favorite is her "Quiet Child" tattoo, which she says is for her father.

2. She absolutely rocks her natural morena complexion!

3. Working out is a must for her! Lovi may have been born with perfect genes, but that doesn't stop her from staying healthy and fit. This girl was doing sit-ups in between takes—no wonder she has that hard rockin' bod.

4. She protects her skin with sunscreen! Lovi admits to getting sunburned easily, so applying sunblock every so often is another one of her musts.

5. I love how she still rewards herself with food after a hard day of shooting. I found out she loves oysters and that's exactly what she had for lunch after our shoot.


If I were to take a cue from her on how to look and feel great this summer (aside from choosing the perfect swimsuit), I would say having a positive vibe toward everyone would be the top must-do. With her sunny disposition and warm presence, she was really such a breeze to work with.
