This month, just because it’s summer and we know how badly you want to get in even better shape, we’re giving the MOST ACTIVE FORUM MEMBERS a fab fitness treat!

The top 30 Cosmo members* (you are automatically forum members once you register for a Cosmo.ph account) who are most active in the Fun, Fearless Forum from April 9 (today) to May 8 will each win a gift certificate for FREE UNLIMITED YOGA CLASSES FOR A WEEK (worth P1,500 each) from Bliss Yoga Manila. PROMO MECHANICS:

*Only FEMALE Cosmo.ph members aged 18 to 35 are qualified for this promo.

  1. Be sure the name you used to register is the same name on the ID you’ll use to claim your prize. You can only win once during the entire promo period. This is to give others a chance of winning as well. Only one username per person will be honored (to avoid the risk of people using more than one username winning more than once).

  2. This promo is only valid to persons who have not previously availed of Bliss Yoga’s introductory offer.

  3. Unlimited weekly introductory certificates are transferable to another person (in case the winner has already availed of Bliss Yoga’s introductory offer). Please call Bliss Yoga for more details on how to do this.

  4. The validity of the GC begins when you consume your first session.

  5. Summit Media employees are not qualified to win.

  6. Winners will be informed through any of the following: e-mail, SMS, or phone call. They will have two weeks to claim their prizes from the time of the announcement of winners unless otherwise stipulated on the promo page.

  7. If prizes are left unclaimed after the specified time period, winners forfeit their right to claim their prize and prize ownership goes back to Summit Media.

  8. Winners will also be posted on Cosmo.ph. Prizes can be claimed at the 7F Robinsons Cybergate Center Tower 3, Robinsons Pioneer Complex Pioneer St., Mandaluyong City, 1550. Winners need to bring at least one valid ID (with the same name they used to register).

  9. Winners may look for Tina Sandejas (contact info 451-8888 loc. 1074 and tina.sandejas@summitmedia.com.ph) when claiming their prize. Claiming of prizes is only allowed every Friday, from 10AM to 6:00PM, unless specified in the notification e-mail or text. Kindly contact Tina Sandejas (contact info above) beforehand to inform her that you will be dropping by to claim your prize.

  10. In cases where the winner cannot claim the prize herself, an original copy of a duly signed authorization letter indicating name of representative and an original ID of the winner (photocopy not allowed) should be presented. The representative of the winner should bring at least one valid ID to claim the prize.

  11. Winners residing outside Metro Manila who cannot claim their prize in person can send an authorized representative (see item no. 10) to claim the prize on their behalf.

This promo will run from April 9 to May 8, 2010 only.
