  9. hi cosmo. i think i just need to vent this out. i don't wanna end up sounding like an ingrate but i know i do have my rights as a customer. see, i was one of the winners of the goddess package and im really thankful for having been chosen as one of the few winners. so i was so excited to finally get a digiperm for free at acqua salon. i went there dec. 21 and i was really happy with the results. the problem came 2 days after, when somebody noticed that my hair at the back, wasn't curly. it was noticeable because i have naturally straight hair. i couldn't go back to acqua because i was in the province and would be back until jan 2. when i arrived here, i immediately called them and the receptionist said that i should visit them so that the senior stylist can check my hair. i went there after my class and the stylist checked it and said that i should come back again. i wouldn't have a problem with it since im just near trinoma but the thing is, he made me feel as if he or the salon wasn't willing to repair or retouch the straight areas! he said pa, "paano to GC LANG, tanungin muna natin sa may-ari kung pwede". i know i didn't pay for it cash but im still a customer with a blotched perm job. they said they would text or call me but they never did. i called them friday and i was told to call again today because the stylist was absent. i feel like i am just going in circles.

  8. yeah.I won! Thanks Cosmo. I'm starting the New Year w/ a new look. And most people @ the office,kht dko kaclose,love my new hair! I like the people in acqua salon, they are really good in their craft and they are all nice! Hope to win again.

  7. Thank you Cosmo! I wasn't disappointed! My Acqua salon experience was very pleasant! Customer service was indeed wonderful! I like a salon whose staff greets with a smile, accommodating but never too eager to please. :D This has been the very first salon I've been to that I hadn't noticed a negative thing to point out! I've finally found the salon I'd love to return to :)
