Cosmo would like to thank all of our new members for participating in our Cosmo Gift Bag promo! We’re very happy to welcome all of you to the Fun, Fearless Community. We sure had fun reading your comments and seeing the amount of activity you have engaged in within the site! We hope that you’ll continue to be active members and watch for more promos coming your way soon.

Even if we'd love to treat you all for being so active, we can only give freebies to the top ten most active new members from March 5 to April 5. These ten gals will each win a fab gift bag filled with beauty loot from Clinique, Azta Urban Salon, L’Oreal Paris, Amu’in, Spa Essentials, Olay, Pantene, and Head & Shoulders, plus Cosmo.ph goodies. Here, we announce the Top 10 Most Active New Members from March 5 to April 5:

Congratulations to all the promo winners! Please read the mechanics below for claiming your prizes:

  1. Winners may only win once during the entire promo. This is to give others a chance of winning as well.

  2. If a name is drawn more than once, she will receive the more expensive prize, if applicable.

  3. Summit Media employees are not qualified to win.

  4. Winners will be informed through any of the following: e-mail, SMS, or phone call. They will have two weeks to claim their prizes from the time of the announcement of winners unless otherwise stipulated on the promo page.

  5. If prizes are left unclaimed after the specified time period, winners forfeit their right to claim their prize and prize ownership goes back to Summit Media.

  6. Winners will also be posted on our website and e-newsletter. Prizes can be claimed at the 7F Robinsons Cybergate Center Tower 3, Robinsons Pioneer Complex Pioneer St., Mandaluyong City, 1550. Winners need to bring at least one valid ID. Look for Tina Sandejas (contact info 451-8888 loc. 1074 and tina.sandejas@summitmedia.com.ph).

  7. In cases where the winner cannot claim the prize herself, an original copy of a duly signed authorization letter indicating the name of representative, and an original ID of the winner (photocopy not allowed) should be presented. The representative of the winner should bring at least one valid ID to claim the prize.

  8. Winners residing outside Metro Manila who cannot claim their prize in person can send an authorized representative (see item no. 7) to claim on their behalf.

  9. Claiming of prizes is only allowed every Friday from 10AM to 6PM, unless specified in the notification e-mail or text.

  10. Kindly contact Ms. Tina Sandejas at (contact info) beforehand to inform her that you will be dropping by to claim your prize.
