Other Promo Mechanics:
1. This promo is open only to female Cosmo.ph members and e-newsletter subscribers age 18-35. You can only win once during the entire promo period. We will post the winners in the e-newsletter in August, after the promo period.

2. Summit Media employees up to the second degree are not qualified to win.

3. If the prize is left unclaimed after 60 days from date of receipt of registered notification, the specified time period, the winner forfeits her right to claim the prize, and prize ownership goes back to Summit Media upon prior approval from DTI.

4. Winners may or may not be posted on Cosmo.ph. Prizes can be claimed at the 7F Robinsons Cybergate Center Tower 3, Robinsons Pioneer Complex Pioneer St., Mandaluyong City, 1550. Winners need to bring at least one valid ID (with the same name they used to register).

5. Winners may look for Tina Sandejas (contact info 451-8888 loc. 1074 and tina.sandejas@summitmedia.com.ph) when claiming their prize. Claiming of prizes is only allowed every Friday, from 10AM to 6:00PM, unless specified in the notification e-mail or text. Kindly contact Ms. Tina Sandejas (contact info above) beforehand to inform her that you will be dropping by to claim your prize.

6. In cases where the winner cannot claim the prize himself, an original copy of a duly signed authorization letter indicating name of representative and an original ID of the winner (photocopy not allowed) should be presented. The representative of the winner should bring at least one valid ID to claim the prize.

7. Winners residing outside Metro Manila who cannot claim their prize in person can send an authorized representative (see item no. 9) to claim the prize on their behalf.

8. Draw date: August 6, 2010.

9. Raffle draws shall be in the presence of a DTI representative.

This promo will run from July 1 to 31, 2010 only.
