We simply love giving you, our dear Cosmo.ph readers, free stuff that you absolutely love! And we want to share these lovely prizes with more Cosmo chicks, so we’d like you to help us tell YOUR friends to be part of our fast-growing Cosmo Community!
This time, we’re giving 25 Cosmo.ph members* (who are also subscribed to the e-newsletter) P1,000 worth of gift certificates each to free lash extensions from Lavish Lashes Studio. Lavish’s lash extension service costs only P550, so you can even bring a friend with you to share your GC (she only has to pay an extra P100!). Lavish has branches at 5F SM Megamall A, 666-4175; 5F SM North Edsa The Block, 387-1613; 3F Market! Market!, 403-6142; and one which will open soon in Robinsons Place Ermita.
Since you can bring a friend to enjoy your GC with you, we’re going to involve your friends in the mechanics. All you have to do is ask as many friends as you can ask to register for a Cosmo.ph account by entering their email addresses here.

Promo Mechanics:

- Be sure the name you used to register is the same name on the ID you’ll use to claim your prize. You can only win once during the entire promo period. This is to give others a chance of winning as well. Only one username per person will be honored (to avoid the risk of people using more than one username winning more than once).
- Summit Media employees are not qualified to win.
- Winners will be informed through any of the following: e-mail, SMS, or phone call. They will have two weeks to claim their prizes from the time of the announcement of winners unless otherwise stipulated on the promo page.
- If prizes are left unclaimed after the specified time period, winners forfeit their right to claim their prize and prize ownership goes back to Summit Media.
- Winners will also be posted on Cosmo.ph. Prizes can be claimed at the 7F Robinsons Cybergate Center Tower 3, Robinsons Pioneer Complex Pioneer St., Mandaluyong City, 1550. Winners need to bring at least one valid ID (with the same name they used to register).
- Winners may look for Tina Sandejas (contact info 451-8888 loc. 1074 and tina.sandejas@summitmedia.com.ph) when claiming their prize. Claiming of prizes is only allowed every Friday, from 10AM to 6:00PM, unless specified in the notification e-mail or text. Kindly contact Ms. Tina Sandejas (contact info above) beforehand to inform her that you will be dropping by to claim your prize.
- In cases where the winner cannot claim the prize himself, an original copy of a duly signed authorization letter indicating name of representative and an original ID of the winner (photocopy not allowed) should be presented. The representative of the winner should bring at least one valid ID to claim the prize.
- Winners residing outside Metro Manila who cannot claim their prize in person can send an authorized representative (see item no. 7) to claim the prize on their behalf.

4. i got my free lashes from Shu uemura when i had a date with sam yg...thanks chief archie..coz i have so short lashes...too bad i accidentally removed it when removing make up..i intend to keep it pa naman til it drops on its own hehehe..enjoy girls..keep joining..
