By now, we’re quite sure you’ve already grabbed a copy of the much-coveted 2010 Cosmopolitan Date Book. Now, wouldn’t you love sharing a fabulously Cosmotized year with your closest girl friend?

We know you would love to do this, since we know how much you love sharing your Cosmo experiences with your BFFs. So we’re giving away one FREE copy of the Cosmo Date Book to 20 Cosmo.ph members who send in their most creative “Dear Diary” pic holding their prized 2010 Cosmo Date Book.

Winning is easy! Just follow these instructions:

1. Tell us why you’d like to win a 2010 Cosmo Date Book for your friend and email us your best “Dear Diary” pic, holding your prized 2010 Cosmo Date Book!

2. In your email, also include a description of the photo, your full name, your Cosmo.ph username, age, occupation, and mobile number. Send all entries to webmaster@cosmo.ph. Make sure the email you will use and the email you used to register to Cosmo.ph correspond, since we will be checking if they match. Incomplete entries will automatically be disqualified. The best photos get chosen as winners!

Webmaster’s Note: File size of photos must NOT exceed 300KB! And do not send the same entry more than once. We disqualify multiple entries and those that exceed the file size limit.

3. All answers and photos submitted are considered property of Cosmopolitan. Your photo and answers may or may not be posted on Cosmo.ph.

4. The prize cannot be exchanged for other goods and have no monetary value.

5. There will be 20 winners of the 2010 Cosmo Date Book for the entire promo. You can only win once during the promo duration.

6. Edit: The promo will run up to January 19, 2010 only. We will be announcing the winners in gallery format on January 20, 2010. Click through the gallery then to see if you’ve won!
