Win P20,000 Worth Of Gift Certificates For Fashion Workshops!

Do you have dreams of designing your own fashion line one day or of becoming a fashion editor? Cosmo will give you, our dear online members, a chance to turn that dream into reality! One (1) lucky Cosmo.ph member will win P20,000 worth of gift certificates (good for three months) to fashion workshops from School of Fashion and the Arts, the Philippines' first specialized fashion college, partner of Europe's leading design school Istituto Marangoni and home campus of Project Runway Philippines.

SoFA, located at 55 Paseo de Roxas Makati, offers degree, non-degree, short courses, and workshops to teens, adults, and kids! Some of the courses you can take are Accessory Design, Fashion Journalism, and Fashion Photography, among others. There are a minimum of ten students per class.

Incomplete entries will automatically be disqualified.

The promo will run up to September 17, 2010. We will raffle off the gift certificates to all the Cosmo.ph members who sent in their answer and complete details by September 17, 2PM. Only ONE Cosmo.ph member who joined the promo by sending her answer and complete details will win P20,000 worth of gift certificates to SoFA workshops.


Other Promo Mechanics:

1. This promo is open only to female Cosmo.ph members age 18-35. You can only win once during the entire promo period.

2. No purchase is required to avail of this promo. All you have to do is answer our promo question and be sure you are a registered member of Cosmo.ph, since you need to indicate your username when you email. Non-members can register here to qualify.

3. The winner of this promo will get P20,000 worth of gift certificates from SOFA. The 20% tax for prizes exceeding P10,000 in value shall be shouldered by School of Fashion and the Arts.

4. The winner will be drawn on September 17, 2010, 2PM, in the Summit Digital office at Cybergate Tower 3 in the presence of a DTI representative. The name will be posted on Cosmo.ph on September 18, 2010, at 12NN. The winner will also be notified via registered mail, email, and text message that she has won.

5. The winner may claim her prize everyday except Satruday and Sunday from 10AM to 3PM. The prize may be claimed at 7/F Robinsons Cybergate Center Tower 3, Pioneer St., Mandaluyong City. The winner needs to bring at least one valid ID (with the same name they used to register and photo) and email and text notification.

6. In cases where the winner cannot claim the prize herself, an original copy of a duly signed authorization letter indicating name of representative and an original ID of the winner (with the same name they used to register and photo. Photocopy not allowed) plus the email notification should be presented. The representative of the winner should bring at least one valid ID to claim the prize.

7. If the winner is residing outside Metro Manila and cannot claim her prize in person, she can send an authorized representative (see item no. 6) to claim the prize on her behalf.

8. Redemption period is 60 days from first receipt of notification. Unclaimed prizes outside of the redemption period will be forfeited in favor of Summit Media, with prior DTI approval.

9. Summit Media employees up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo. Incomplete entries will not be considered. Male Cosmo.ph members and those beyond the age range given will also not be considered for the promo.
