'00s Teen Heartthrobs: Where Are They Now?

Is Tom Welling still a super man? Does Jesse McCartney still want you and your beautiful soul?

1. Tom Welling

The Smallville superstud starred in the 2014 film Draft Day opposite Kevin Costner and Jennifer Garner, and will be one of the leads in the movie adaptation of yet another Nicholas Sparks tearjerker, The Choice. We bet you can’t wait for that!

2. Shane West

After a major role in Nikita, Shane now plays the lead in Salem, a period series about the Massachusetts’ infamous witch trials. Fun fact: He still has the '67 Camaro he drove in A Walk to Remember—how cool is that?

3. Chad Michael Murray

Congrats to the One Tree Hill heartthrob, who welcomed a baby boy with wife Sarah Roemer this May! You can catch him and his sexy furrowed brows in the TV series Agent Carter.

4. James Lafferty

The other One Tree Hill hunk appeared in the 2013 horror flick Oculus, the 2014 TV series Crisis, and will star in the upcoming indie film Waffle Street. He is still hot, obvs.

5. Jesse McCartney

The ‘00s hitmaker released his first album in six years, In Technicolor, under his own independent label in 2014. It's got a retro pop feel influenced by '60s and '70s music, which you can sample via his single “Superbad” here.

6. Aaron Carter

Nick Carter’s younger bro is also making a comeback, with a tour in progress and a new single called “Ooh Wee” out (check out a performance of the song here). Also, it looks like he has changed his mind about Hilary Duff being the ~love of his life~.

7. Ryan Cabrera

Here's another comebacking ‘00s pop star! The “On the Way Down” singer will be dishing out a new album later this year—his first since 2008. Stream his latest single, the uplifting “House on Fire” here. P.S.: His hair is still a glorious thing.

8. Jonas Brothers

The band of brothers broke up in 2013 due to too much "friction," according to eldest JoBro Kevin. Since then, they've gone and done their own thing, with Nick going solo, playing an MMA fighter in the series Kingdom, and getting on board the horror comedy series Scream Queens; Kevin trying his luck in Celebrity Apprentice, running his own tech company, and being a family guy; and Joe joining the comedy-variety show I Can Do That, dating Gigi Hadid, and forming a #SQUAD with Kanye and Zayn.

9. Ben McKenzie

The O.C. alum plays Jim Gordon in the Batman prequel series Gotham, and you can soon catch him in the romcom How to Make Love Like an Englishman opposite Jessica Alba, Salma Hayek, and Pierce Brosnan. Good news for Seth-Ryan bromance fans: He and the next guy on our list are still friends.

10. Adam Brody

Adam starred in the comedy Life Partners with wife Leighton Meester in 2014, and now plays one-half of an incestuous couple in the romcom series Billy & Billie. In the latest development to their Gossip Girl-The O.C. fanfic of a romance, Seth Cohen and Blair Waldorf are expecting their first child!

11. Jared Padalecki

The Gilmore Girls and Supernatural star has revealed having dealt with depression in the past. He recently launched a charity T-shirt campaign, Always Keep Fighting, to support people struggling with depression, addiction, self-injury, and suicide.

12.  Milo Ventimiglia

The hottie from Heroes and Gilmore Girls joins the cast of Gotham as a villain called The Ogre, and stars in the new horror series The Whispers. OMG, he might still have some residual feels about Rory Gilmore after all these years.

13. Jesse Bradford

Remember him as Missy’s hot brother in Bring It On? Jesse now plays a lawyer in the streaming thriller series Sequestered. He was rumored to be dating rapper Azealia Banks after they were spotted getting cozy at Coachella in April.

 14. Jesse Metcalfe

After TV series Dallas wrapped in 2014, the John Tucker Must Die actor starred in the zombie digital film Dead Rising: Watchtower, and showed off his singing and guitar-playing chops in the made-for-TV movie A Country Wedding.

15. Jonathan Bennett

Mean Girls’ Aaron Samuels now hosts the new baking competition show Cake Wars. Last year when he joined Dancing with the Stars, he was outed as gay by DWTS judge Julianne Hough, although he has not publicly come out. But this, this is the thing that breaks our hearts: He's totally against a Mean Girls reunion. :(
