1 Freaking out, because J.K. Rowling just announced the best thing ever! At a London fan event on October 13, Rowling surprised fans with the news that there won’t just be three Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them films—but FIVE. “We were doing some script sessions the other day, and I can tell you that we always knew it was going to be more than one movie; we knew that from the start. We said a trilogy is a kind of placeholder… I’ve now done the plotting properly, so we’re pretty sure it’s going to be five movies,” she revealed. At this rate, the magic will live on well into our 30s! <3 (Time)
2 Speaking of Harry Potter, one thing that always bothered fans since the first movie came out was Hermione Granger’s enormous teeth—or lack of it. In the books, she’s described as having bushy hair and big buck teeth, until she shrunk them with the help of magic at the age of 14. But in the films, Emma Watson’s portrayal had a perfectly fine set of them. What gives?
Well, Chris Columbus, who directed the first two films, finally addressed this issue once and for all. In a podcast for Entertainment Weekly, he said, “The thing we shot on the first day of Sorcerer’s Stone was the final train sequence where Harry looks at Hogwarts, and Emma, Dan, and Rupert are huddled up on the side of the train.” He added, “If you look closely at that scene, Emma—because Hermione, it was a big thing in the books about her teeth—she sort of had an overbite, so she’s wearing fake teeth in that scene.” But Emma Watson actually had a difficult time talking and acting with them, so they were eventually scrapped! 4 In October 2015, Bella Hadid’s mom, Yolanada Hadid, revealed that the model and her brother, Anwar, both have Lyme disease. Now, in a recent interview, Yolanda said that Bella is “struggling” with it. She explained, “She could sleep for 10 hours and wake up [and say], ‘I'm still tired.’ In the younger generation, it comes up like anxiety, severe exhaustion, joint pain, flu-like symptoms and they just keep struggling over it.” Our hearts go out to you, Bella!
