1 Isabelle Daza is known to speak her mind, especially on social media. En route to her African safari trip with husband Adrien Semblat, Belle posted a pic on Instagram Stories showing her trying on a hat for her vacation. It read: "Buy this hat for my Africa looks? Or FEED children in Africa for the same price? What would Angelina Jolie do?"

This post generated a lot of hate online which led her to swiftly take it down. Belle has since issued a lengthy apology also on Instagram Stories:

"Hi guys I just wanted to apologize for the previous IG story post on Africa vs hats. It didn't come off the way I played it in my head—it was insensitive and offensive. I take full responsibility for my actions. It was a lapse of judgment and I appreciate the feedback from you guys. Moving forward I will be more mindful of what I post. Again, I am sorry." (PEP.ph)

"Filipinos are generally very happy people. Living in yearlong summer is evident in our intense love for vibrant colors and patterns. We may be laid-back, but we can turn up the volume when we’re given the opportunity. We love a good statement piece and know the importance of good wardrobe basics. As for Filipinas, it’s all about casual cool. Ultimately, we are never afraid to experiment and never one to back down on a trend. We just have fun with it."  (Vogue.com)
