The Viva Artists Agency, which manages James Reid and Nadine Lustre (also known by their joint moniker JaDine), recently issued a statement to address the allegations made by promoter Elaine Crisostomo of the San Francisco-based production company Entablado.

It may be recalled that Elaine accused Nadine and James of not showing up for a number of events that Entablado supposedly organized in San Francisco.

The statement, released through Viva Live, was posted by James on his Twitter page.

Viva Live clarifies: "The negative statements made by San Francisco promoter Elaine Crisostomo of Entablado are not only inaccurate but wrongly directed at the artists and their management. Viva Live entered into contract only with Ms. Nancy Yang as promoter for the Jadine US tour. We are not privy or in direct contact with any other party or promoter in relation to the Jadine US tour."

It adds, "The supposed ticketed brunch with fans organized by Ms. Crisostomo is not part of the final approved itinerary. Her statements imputing unprofessionalism and rude behavior against the artists and their management for not appearing in this unauthorized activity is clearly unwarranted."

James himself expressed how he felt about the matter through a series of tweets.

James likewise added a video of Elaine giving the JaDine US tour a good review. James' caption for the video is priceless: "Make up your mind."

For Nadine's part, she echoed James' sentiments. She also shared what she learned from the controversy.
