UPDATED: Supermodel Karlie Kloss Will Never, Ever Fly This Local Airline Again

Supermodel Karlie Kloss posted a very angry tweet about Philippine Airlines. Taking an airport selfie with the PAL check-in counter behind her, Karlie typed the words “NO ONE FLYS IN PHILIPINES AIRLINES [sic] …AND NOW I KNOW WHY” in big red bold letters.

She said she experienced the "worst customer service of all time" and that PAL’s service was "rude and disrespectful."

In her Snapchat account, Karlie revealed that her complaint came after she got lackluster service from PAL and missed her flight out of the John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York City.

"I travel international on a weekly basis and I have never had a worse customer experience than I have tonight. Thanks Philippine Airlines," she said.

PAL’s official Twitter account has since sent a series of tweets to the supermodel:

Karlie has already acknowledged PAL's reply and said she would send in her details.
