Don't pick on your so-called flaws and focus on your strengths instead. If you keep telling yourself and others you're not good enough, it can be quite a turn-off, especially to your honey who just wants to be proud of you. It's all about attitude. When your sweetie tells you you're beautiful, reply with a smile and a "thank you." Throw away those negative lines of, "No, I'm not" or "Really?" The latter is for fishing for compliments and you're definitely above that. When you tell yourself you're beautiful, you really will feel it. You may even sense an astounding improvement during sex. Unattached? You won't be able to sit still today. Strengthen your body as well as your mind by practicing healing or martial arts, like tai chi chuan. Learn to pamper yourself once in a while. Your body can only take so much work. Play hooky, prop your feet up or doze off after lunch. It will help inspire you and bring forth more creative juices for work.
