Swallow your pride and make an effort to like your sweetie's mom. The feeling is mutual as his mother sees you as a threat and is not too happy to share him with you. She feels that you will monopolize him and he won't find the time to visit her as often as before. Try to see the good qualities that your sweetie sees in her and you'll look at her in a different light. Don't let it reach a point where your sweetie has to choose between the two of you. You know you don't have a chance. Single? Eat light meals at night. If you make yourself too full, you'll have a harder time burning those calories and won't be able to sleep right away. Try to lessen your intake after 6:00 in the evening. If you get hungry, snack on crudites, whole wheat bread and an apple.
