This is not the time to throw a temper tantrum. If your honey wants to go out of town with his buddies, sans you, don't make a fuss. You'll only annoy him and show how insecure you are. The best relationships are founded on trust, and you'll have to show your honey that no matter where he is, even if you're not there with him, you'll know that he won't do anything that will hurt you. So put on a smile, and tell him to enjoy himself. He'll appreciate your understanding and will behave himself more than ever. Single? Resist the urge to show that you're bored in a meeting even if you know that it's going to be aimless and unproductive. Don't be tempted to doodle or look elsewhere and appear disinterested as this may send a signal to management that you don't care. Aside from that, you'll completely disconnect from what's going on. Instead of doodling, try taking down notes. This will help you to stay focused and you'll have a record of the proceedings in case you need to follow up.
