Make a genuine attempt to apologize to your honey. You have to try to repair the damage brought about by your hurtful outbursts. Instead of using the elevator or the escalator, use the stairway. Park your vehicle a little farther from the building so you can walk the rest of the way. Volunteer to photocopy documents or deliver memos instead of asking the messenger, so you can stretch your legs and do some healthy walking.
