Don't blame your honey if he is against moving in together at this time. There are so many negative thoughts going through his mind whenever the subject of cohabitation comes up. He believes that aside from the big adjustment he will have to make, he will have less personal space, and less closet space. He is also afraid that he will see his friends less often, and he will have little free time. And most of all, that you might take 80% of the bathroom and will ask too many questions when he wants to watch games on television. Give him time. You'll know when he's ready. Single? Disarm an envious colleague with sweetness. It doesn't pay to strike back or rise to the bait. Pretend you didn't hear her cutting remarks and ask her to join your group for coffee. You'll eventually discover that her envy stems from being excluded. By extending your hand in friendship, she'll stop talking behind your back and become a staunch follower.
