Postpone your plan to introduce your honey to your parents. He is not looking forward to this exercise and he doesn't relish being inspected and interviewed. Don't be too much in a hurry otherwise he'll feel pressured and may just drift away from you. Give him some time to get used to the idea. Better yet, don't do it in such a formal setting. Next time there's a celebration like your birthday and it's at your parents' house, invite him. That way, it will look natural and not contrived. Single? People who give thanks and show appreciation constantly are able to sleep better and wake up with a sunny outlook. Pen a bread and butter letter to your pal's mom and thank her for an enjoyable weekend in her house. Send a bouquet of flowers to your mom and thank her for putting up with you. Smile and thank the cashier at the supermarket, the cleaning lady, and anybody who does you a good turn. This has a snowball effect.
