You may be quite late for a date with your sweetie. However, even if you think being fashionably late is in style, your honey may not think so. If you value him, don't push your luck with him all the time. Once or twice making him wait is fine, but doing it intentionally and making it a habit could only turn him off rather than whet his appetite. Practice punctuality, and he may actually be more patient and eager to be with you. He'll also be excited to do some naughty things to you. Single? Indecisiveness can occur while shopping. Although it can be pretty normal to be undecided about purchasing something, try not to waste too much time swaying to and fro and contemplating buying something which you can get a cheaper price.
