Staring off into space may not win your sweetie's heart, especially in the bedroom when he does all the work. If you're drowsy or lethargic from work, a cup of coffee may keep you awake temporarily, but it can make you too hyper and nervous as well. Don't force yourselves to have sex when one of you is tired. Go ahead and sleep, cuddled in each other's arms. Single? Try to face your greatest fear. You don't have to do it all at once but you can take baby steps to try to conquer it. If you are afraid of speaking in front of a group, start practicing by in front of your close friends until you get comfortable. Next time there is a meeting, share some of your ideas.
