Stop whining. If your honey is unable to join you for dinner most nights because of a big project he's working on, be glad it has to do with his job, and not another woman. You should never be jealous of his profession because this is one of the things that attracted you to him in the first place. When he sees how understanding you are about the situation, he will also see your side when it's your turn to do overtime for a presentation you have to finish. Single? Money spent today may be for a good cause, but make it a point not to put out too much. If someone says or does something that hurts you, don't take out your anger and frustration on binging and retail therapy, or you may be left with a really large bill. Talk to a friend instead.
