Admit it, you’ve always wanted to be swept off your feet by a bad boy on a motorcycle, and it certainly wouldn’t hurt if that sexy offender turned out to be Felix Roco! Son of veteran actor Bembol Roco, Felix smokes and drinks, was a member of a frat in high school, and has the requisite tattoos and piercings that set the rebels apart from the goody-two-shoes. True to form, the 20-year-old up-and-coming actor plays a young gang member in the internationally acclaimed, award-winning indie film Engkwentro, fighting his way around the slums in a ratty white shirt and a scowl sexy as hell. You almost wish you were right there in the ghetto with him.

Since the New Year means new beginnings, Cosmo's January Online Hunk acts as a reformed former bad boy for your viewing pleasure. Felix becomes a role model for all wayward dudes to follow by taking on this New Year's resolution: “I’ll show up for work everyday.”

Q: You’re acting in the latest season of Daisy Siete and you’re also starring in indie films. Which do you like doing more, mainstream or indie?

I’m more into indie. I like indie better than mainstream. I enjoy indie more because mas deep ang story. Hindi puro pa-tweetums-tweetums.

Q: How do you reconcile the two?

Kaya naman, as long as kaya ng schedule.

Q: What’s the best compliment you’ve ever gotten for your work?

Nung nagpunta kaming Venice Film Festival, nilapitan ako ng isang foreigner. Sinabi niya akala niya gangster talaga ako. ‘Yun ‘yung pinakaastig [na compliment], especially coming from a different person from a different country.

Q: What’s the next step for Felix Roco?

Hopefully [to] get more recognition and get more projects.

Q: Which local actors would you like to work with?

My dad, although I’ve worked with my dad. [And] ‘yung mga actors na kapanahon ng daddy ko. Sila ‘yung old school.

Q: Is there a movie that inspires your work?

City of God. Madami e, but I’m more into independent films than mainstream.

Q: Are there any foreign actors you admire?

Johnny Depp!

Q: Who are the actresses you'd like to work with?

Anne Curtis.

Q: Do you have a crush on her?

Oo! Crush ko si Anne.

23. he's as good looking as his dad (Bembol's early 20's look)with the hair of course :D I've watched his interview way back with his twin brother and dad. I just forgot what show it was. In that interview you can sense the sensitive and loving side of this guy. Not just with his goodlooks that i admire but also by the way his family brought him up. :) definitley a hottie ;)
