Where Summer Boys Are At This Season

The moment summer breezes in, we switch to our summer playlists, which consists mostly of chill out sounds and reggae music. Long before loud dance music invaded the beach-front party scene, beach lovers have been swaying their hips and heads and bodies to steady reggae beats. And if you want to listen to reggae at its best, of course you should know Bob Marley.
More than just a reggae artist, Bob Marley is in fact revered as a hero, a true music legend of the twentieth century. His universal message of "one world, one love" transcended more than his popular song and has inspired many through the years. This is also what recently pushed beach clothing brand Billabong to launch its Billabong x Bob Marley collection with "One Love: Billabong x Bob Marley Collab Launch Party" at The Rockwell Tent.
A reggae/Bob Marley-themed event is sure to attract hoardes of hot summer boys and fans of the music icon, and that's exactly what the Cosmo team saw when we checked out the scene. Stylish girls and laidback dudes alike were swaying, bopping their heads, and singing along to Marley's beloved tunes, as performed by local acts like DJs Red-I and Soulflower, Cosmic Love, Coffee Break Island, Spy, and Tropical Depression.
