Ever since he was a teen making waves as a champion swimmer, we’ve had our eye on Enchong Dee. Never mind that he was barely 18 then and therefore barely legal—we just had to put him in our list of Cosmo Centerfolds for 2006!

Cosmo’s Man on Fire for March is being prepped to become a big star at 21—with TV shows, product endorsements, an indie film, not to mention lots of sexy chemistry with Tanging Yaman co-star and March cover girl Erich Gonzales. And we've got to admit, Enchong is looking even hotter as he gets older.

But despite crossing over from teen to total hunk, the crush ng bayan admits that he still has a looong way to go when it comes to understanding us female folk. Cosmo investigates on which of our girl quirks leave the hot young actor dumbfounded. Read on to find out!
