Behind The Scenes With January 2012 Man On Fire Martin Escudero

You probably know him best as the lead character in last year's surprise indie hit Zombadings 1: Patayin Sa Shokot Si Remington, but Martin Escudero has been making his TV fans swoon for quite some time now.
He started out on GMA-7's talent search show Starstruck, where he and Kris Bernal were named the Ultimate Love Team (yes, Aljur Abrenica wasn't her original love team partner!). Then, he starred in numerous projects with former girlfriend Jennica Garcia. But 2011 was truly his breakout year as an actor. Currently, you can watch him as Calvin in the TV5 drama series Glamorosa.
A lot of you, our dear readers, have been clamoring for us to feature this hot young actor, so we gave in and made the 21-year-old our Man On Fire for January 2012. In the article "7 Reasons He'll Lose Your Number" (pp. 44-45), Martin reveals his turn-offs and advice for women who want to impress guys on the first date.
We dressed this self-confessed "simple guy" in casual and tailored outfits for his shoot, which took place at the Summit Studio, and interviewed him about his blossoming career, what he looks for in a girl, and his plans for 2012.
