What do you like best about Kris?

Si Kris, Maria Clara siya pero hindi totally tahimik. Simple ‘yung dating niya. Sweet talaga. ‘Tsaka very thoughtful. ‘Tsaka God-fearing siya.

So you like the mahinhin type? You don’t like aggressive girls?

Hindi e.

You’re from Pampanga. Do you cook?

Yes.

Is that your hobby?

No, actually dati tumutulong lang ako lagi sa mom ko. Tapos nung nakikita ko ‘yung mga ginagawa niya, nakakaintindi ako ng pagluluto. Pero may specialty din ako, ‘yung sisig.

If you were to cook for us, what dish would you prepare?

Sisig, siyempre! (laughs)

What’s your favorite dish?

Ang favorite kong ulam ay sinigang. Kailangan mong matikman ‘yung sinigang ni Mama. Mama ko talaga the best magluto ng sinigang.

From a Pampanga kid to being the Ultimate Hunk in Starstruck: The Next Level, what do you think brought you this far?

Hindi kasi ako sumuko e. I never gave up. Tapos lagi n’yong iisipin na walang imposible. Lahat pwedeng mangyari ‘di ba? Kung gustuhin mo, may paraan. Lagi [din] akong handa. Lahat ng pinapagawa sa akin, handa ako. Nagpa-practice ako almost everyday. Tapos hindi ako tumitigil sa pag-aaral. Acting, singing, dancing, araw-araw ‘yan. Tapos ‘tong pagwo-work out ko, kung gusto mo talaga, [kakayanin mo]. Hindi madali ‘to e, ‘yung pagpapaganda ng katawan, kasi it takes time. Six months ko ‘to pinaganda.
