What's Keeping Piolo Pascual Busy Now?

While his ex, KC Concepcion, learned to say no, Piolo Pascual said yes to a new endorsement for gadget brand Canon. In case you didn't know, aside from being a hot actor, musician, model, and producer, he's also a photography enthusiast. His fave subject? "I always travel around the country and make it a point to always capture something worth sharing and appreciating about our country," he said.
Piolo is a Canon user himself (before signing with Canon, he was already a proud owner of the coveted Canon 5D Mark II and a PowerShot G1!). He shared that this may be one of his best endorsements to date, since it's a personal fave. Piolo said, "It really is worth the investment."
His endorsement incidentally supports Piolo's social-oriented projects for "education and nation-building," like Hebreo 12:1 Foundation--an organization he and his mom started a few years back that helps indigent students with their education, all the way up to college.
It would also help Piolo realize his vision for the Philippines to be loved and appreciated, not just by foreigners, but by Filipinos. Piolo wants to change the negative perception people have of the Philippines and instead "I want them to see how beautiful our country is... We are so blessed for the amount of resources and beauty our country can offer. We don't just have great tourist destinations, but they're very affordable as well," he said. Through the great photos he takes, he will be able to show the world just how beautiful the Philippines is. That's taking photography on a whole new, noble level!
