It's been almost seven years since StarStruck debuted on our TV screens as one of the biggest talent search shows in the Philippines. Rainier Castillo might not have won the contest, but five seasons later, he has proven to everybody that he has showbiz staying power.

The actor, famous for his big smile and his Asian good looks, is still a familiar face in local television, with project after project, year in, year out. You've probably seen him in almost every teleserye GMA-7 has produced in the last five years. This year, he's part of the cast of Full House and Bubble Gang, and it looks like he has no plans of stepping out of the limelight anytime soon.
