Do you want to know what happened to your favorite Bedroom Blog by Veronica characters? Here's a quick overview of where they are now:

Aldrich (Matt's best friend) and I became very good friends. When Chapter One of Bedroom Blog by Veronica came out, he was one of the first few friends I told about it. He's been reading this blog ever since.

Aldrich told me that Matt went to the Vatican recently. Have I told you that Matt is a very religious guy? When he first told me about Stacy, he shared with me that he wanted to go on a pilgrimage. When Stacy broke his heart years ago, he also lost his faith. He wanted to go to the Vatican so that he could forget about Stacy. By the way, Matt is still with Gia...and the poor girl has no idea.

Nino finished his culinary training and eventually opened his self-named restaurant together with Kit and Carl. He's still loud and quite obnoxious. And single, if I may add. Hahaha!

Franco resigned and joined a bigger advertising agency in Makati. He's still single and still dangerous, in the sense that he still goes missing during inuman sessions after being spotted by the bar talking to a pretty girl.

Chi also left the ad agency and joined Summit Media. She hired me as the second Bedroom Blogger a few months after she joined Cosmo.ph. So if there are people you should thank for this "nobela ba 'to or what" blog, that won't really be me. Let us all redirect our hugs and kudos to Chi and Trixie, our managing editor, for hiring me.

Ana still teaches at the same school somewhere in Katipunan. The last time I heard from her, she was still with the PE teacher.

My high school best friends, Nicia and Gail, are still martial law girlfriends in action.

Charlie is still, well, Charlie. Haha.

During the two years I spent detoxifying my life, Charlie was there most of the time, even during weeks when her office sent her to far away places in Mindanao for news coverage. I gotta tell you, she is one brave journalist.

Charlie told me a lot of things—funny stories, words of wisdom, and, at times, a few sassy words from a drunken woman—but out of all those, there was one that I would never forget. She said this during our first coffee session three months after Bedroom Blog by Veronica came out and I told her she was "Charlie."

"You know what, V," she started, after taking a sip from her mocha frappe. "I always thought there was a bigger reason you got hurt so many times that year."

"Because the gods punished me for being such a brat?"

"No, silly," Charlie replied. "So you can write about it today and inspire more people than you could ever imagine."

And right there in Starbucks (the one beside my office in Ortigas), I finally realized why I broke down so many times when I was 23: So that two years later, I could tell my story and inspire even complete strangers.

Tweet Sering, my favorite Filipino author, has been right all along: if you want to change the world, you have to change mindsets. And nothing does that better than creating powerful stories.

Writing the first two chapters of Bedroom Blog by Veronica proved to be wonderful therapy. It healed me.

So what happened to me? Well, I met Lily.

WAIT! Before you think I've totally given up on guys, gone over the edge, and become a "Leslie" (lesbian, like Ana), let me tell you first about how I rekindled my friendship with my dear college friend Lily.

Okay, that sounds like a line from the TV series How I Met Your Mother, because saving Lily (nicknamed after Lily Aldrin of HIMYM) from her huge asshole of a boyfriend paved the way for me to meet Logan (his pen name too, hehehe), who is my present boyfriend.

Dear readers, I hope you're in the mood for a long and crazy ride, because the story of how I met my Logan is (in true Barney Stinson fashion) LEGEN—wait for it—DARY!

This is just the beginning.
