HOW IT'S DONE:
Have your partner lie flat on his back with his arms at his sides. Straddle his groin and lower yourself onto him. Once he’s inside you, lean your torso forward, resting your weight on your palms. Slowly straighten your legs so they’re together and on top of his. Keep your toes pointed and your pelvises perfectly aligned. As you move up and down, focus on maintaining body contact, which will increase the amount of friction, i.e., stimulation, on your clitoris.

WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT:
