Hole Up In A Hotel For Some Romantic R&R
It's technically a long weekend. Before you vote on Monday, spend some summer QT with your honey in a hotel room in the city, minus the sky-high gastos!

Over the last two months, we've been urging you, Cosmo chicks, to pack your bags, leave the city, and explore an exotic locale this summer. We've extolled the virtues of quaint holiday getaways in Cebu and Davao, we've turned you on to a Visayan island sojourn for the tired Manilena soul, and we've even suggested you leave the country altogether for a relaxing Malaysian respite.
But if there's one thing these trips have in common, it's that they require moolah. Lots of it. What if you're positively itching for some romantic R&R with your honey, yet you're broke, he's recently unemployed, you have no time to spare for a 12-hour-long road trip, or the two of you are just plain iffy about spending so much on vacation?
Here's a Cosmo suggestion: Stay in the city and just hole up at a lovely hotel for a hedonistic weekend with your honey!
Cosmo recommends you do just that at Richmonde Hotel in Ortigas Center, Pasig City. With such serene comfort enveloping you as soon as you sink into the soft, plush white sheets, it's easy to forget that you're right smack in the middle of a crankily bustling Ortigas Center.
As guests at Richmonde Hotel, you and your beau will get to zone out in front of a high-def LCD TV while nestled languorously in your immaculate bed. The hotel's more extravagant One- and Two-Bedroom Suites are even equipped with a full-service kitchen, dining room, and living room with entertainment system, perfect for playing house! Enjoy sumptuous buffet breakfast and visit the hotel's gym, indoor pool, and steam and sauna rooms—for free—to make your stay sulit.

And since you'll be staying put in the city and not heading where no one speaks Tagalog, there'll be no need to learn how to say "condom" in another language!
