Is He Really Into You?

Okay, so we know that they've made a smashing Sex and the City episode out of it, turned it into a bestselling book, and even adapted it into an all-star ensemble movie, but it's always good to review the rules of He's Just Not That Into You from time to time. So ladies, do you still have guys all figured out?

1. At the Sunday Art Fair, you meet this guy who shares your passion for Gauguin's post-Impressionist artworks. You end up spending the whole afternoon together--talking art, looking at paintings, and even sharing a cheesecake. Three days later, he still hasn't called even though you gave him your cell and home numbers.

	It's still early in the game. He'll call soon enough, maybe he's just out of town.
	You might share the same passion but he obviously does not have any passion for you.

2. Aaron was your college sweetheart. You eventually broke up when he got an important provincial assignment at work. However, for the past three months, you've actually been seeing him (and sometimes, doing much more than that) every two weeks or so. One little detail: He has a girlfriend.

	Aaron is your comfort guy. You know that he's not into you and you'll dump him just as soon as you find someone else.
	He loves you, you're sure of it. He's just finding the right time to break up with his girlfriend.

3. You and Tony have been going out forever. Nine years, in fact. For the past year or so, you have been attending one wedding after another. After all, you are of marrying age. Your friends keep saying that he'll pop the question any time now.

	You're beginning to have doubts. Perhaps Tony is not that into you, after all.
	You're already thinking of what you'll wear to your engagement party because you know that it will come sooner than later.

4. Your boyfriend of two years just broke up with you. He says he needs some space.

	You're sure that he'll come waltzing back into your arms the minute he realizes that he just made a big mistake.
	You cry your eyes out and then move on.

5. You have a huge crush on your co-worker. For the past three weeks, you've been spending a lot of time together working on a project. And he has been particularly attentive, bringing you sandwiches when you're working late and one time, even bringing you home after a late night session.

	Yes, you have a crush on him but you also know that he's just a really nice guy. You hear that he's done the same for other co-workers.
	It's official. He has a crush on you, and you are just waiting for him to ask you out.
