5 Steamy, Sexy Ways To Use Ice

Lots of things are better on ice...oysters, margaritas, and believe it or not, sometimes even sex. Yep, as it turns out, the secret to the most mind-blowing lovin’ of your life is sitting right in your freezer. We know what you’re thinking: How can something so freakin’ cold make your sex life hotter than ever? “Touching warm skin with ice activates the branch of the nervous system that’s responsible for sexual arousal and erection,” says Kevin Strang, PhD, a physiologist at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. Plus, adding something unexpected into the mattress mixes up the fun factor. Start with these cool moves.

1. Freeze Tease

Why do guys go gaga when women lick lollipops? Because they’re imagining what it would feel like to be that, er, sweet stick. Well, sucking on ice has the same arouse-him effect. At a bar or restaurant, slip a slender ice cube entirely into your mouth. Suck on it in a casual way (like you have no idea what the hell you’re doing to him), allowing the edge of it to peek out between your lips occasionally. He’ll be yelling “check, please” in no time.

2. Stone-Cold Massage

Kick-start the frisky festivities with an erotic rubdown using a hot/cold combo of massage oil and ice cubes. Put a bit of oil in one hand (rub hands together to warm it up), and use it to knead his bare shoulders. Then take an ice cube and run it over the same area. Repeat the pleasurable process as you work your way down his back, finishing off at his butt.

3. The Frosty Figure Eight
